John (or Johnny, no preference) originally started coming to youth soon after he moved to BC from NS in Sept 2007. After he turned 22, he decided to jump on board as a youth volunteer and with his 25th birthday, became an adult volunteer!

He studied Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Vancouver so he's currently looking after any graphic needs we have and he's usually our go to person for anything kind of 'techy'. He also designed the Surrey Pride site!

He's currently on the board of directors for the Surrey Pride Society so he's usually try to come up with new ways for the kids to be more involved in the community.
